Building Bridges, not walls

 Mediation is a means of resolving disputes outside of the judicial system by voluntary participation in negotiations structured by agreements of all parties.  Mediation is usually conducted under the guidance and supervision of a trained Mediator.  The process involves unbiased questions and impartial guidance from the mediator based directly on your needs and goals. 

My role as a Mediator is to be a neutral during the mediation process by orchestrating the meeting through meaningful and constructive conversation.  All parties will have the opportunity to discuss their needs and concerns with the hopes of settling their differences.  Once an agreement has been made, I will assist with the development, creation and follow-up of the final agreement.  

Hi! My name is Ebonie Hosendove and I am a Certified Mediator and Negotiator.  I hold a B.A in Psychology and an M.S in Leadership & Negotiations.  For over 20 years, I've helped people break through life barriers to forge forward with obtaining peace and stability in their lives through conversation.   I combine my experience and educational background to help others navigate through the mediation process.  I am passionate about helping people find common ground through conflict resolution.
